I took the past week free, no study, no writing for projects, no nothing. I just wanted to focus more on writing future blog posts, since in the next month will be FULL! And I’m not kidding.

Exams period starts and it will last approximate 2 weeks, with exams every day. Yeeah…piece of cake. Then, the bachelor thesis exams come. I say “exams” because they are two, written and oral, so much fun… Pretty much, those are the reasons for which I will write more now. Let’s begin!

Recently I started to like more movies/books related with “end of the world”, or action, CIA/spies. Don’t ask me why, I just like and find them interesting. Some of them are so realistic, because they tell some stories that happen or happened in real life and you start imagine things. Let me tell you a few movies titles that I saw in the past month:

1. “Sunshine”

2. “Eysium”

3. “Red Sparrow”

4. “Maze Runner”

5. “Divergent Series”

And I could go on and on. Regarding books, I found 4 which are from various genres.

*Book’s titles are written in another language (Romanian) because I purchased them from Romania (yes it’s my mother tongue), but I’ll leave you some links for them.

1. “Loving Pablo, Hating Escobar”

Is the love story between Pablo Escobar and Virginia Vallejo, written from her perspective, by her. It is such an interesting story about love, drugs and politics. She tells some insights about the life of Pablo Escobar, how their love story begun and so much more. You should definitely read it if you are into biographical/adventure books. Also, there’s “Narcos” on Netflix. Have fun learning about Pablo Escobar!

2.  “Maze Runner: The Kill Order”

If you’ve seen the movies “Maze Runner” (in the list above), they are all about survival and life on Earth after distruction. This one, the fourth book, tells the story “before WICKED was formed, before the Glade was built, before Thomas entered the Maze, sun flares hit the earth, killing most of the population.
Mark and Trina were there when it happened. They survived. But now a virus is spreading. A virus that fills humans with murderous rage.
They’re convinced that there’s a way to save those who are left—if they can stay alive. Because in this new, devastated world, every life has a price. And to some you’re worth more dead than alive.
The end is only the beginning.” (Amazon). For a very long time I have walked around these kind of genres, but recently I have read and watch everything related to it. Give it a try!

3. “The Infinite Sea: The Second Book of the 5th Wave”

First I saw the movie a year ago and since then I said I have to find the second book. But, recently I’ve discovered that is also a 3rd book available.

For those of you who don’t know what is it about: “How do you rid the Earth of seven billion humans? Rid the humans of their humanity.Surviving the first four waves was nearly impossible. Now Cassie Sullivan finds herself in a new world, a world in which the fundamental trust that binds us together is gone. As the 5th Wave rolls across the landscape, Cassie, Ben, and Ringer are forced to confront the Others’ ultimate goal: the extermination of the human race.”

Told ya, I’m going crazy about these “end of the world” books.

4. “Lipstick Jungle”

Candace Bushnell is also the author of “Sex and The City”. Yep! It is an easy reading, if you have nothing else to do and want to unwind after a long day, this book is the way. It tells the story of 3 girls and their “struggles”. Haven’t read it yet, but soon.

Have you read any of the books from above? If not, hope you do, because they have some interesting stories, enjoy!

After I finished the 1st year in PR I didn’t know what to do next in my career, so I started this blog to document my experiences.
